Exporting a chat
Save selected questions and answers as a PDF file.
If you want to pass on or file an answer, save the messages concerned as a PDF file. There is no link through which other people can open your chat.
Start the export
Open the chat and click the share icon at the top right (Export chat). The icon only appears in chats with messages.
Select messages
Click the messages that should go into the PDF, or click Select all. Attached files of a selected message are selected as well. Use the small tick on an attachment to remove it individually.
Create the PDF
Click Export selection at the bottom. Your browser downloads the file
chat-selection-YYYY-MM-DD.pdf.
What the PDF contains
- Your questions and LOKI's answers, labelled “User:” and “Assistant:”
- the sources of each answer
- attached images, embedded directly
- other attachments with their name and a link; the link only works if you are signed in to LOKI
- dividing lines where the model was switched in the chat
The PDF does not contain the working steps, that is, the reasoning and the tool calls. An HTML preview appears as a line with its title.
Check the content before you pass the PDF on
The PDF contains the content of the selected messages, including quotations from internal documents. Only pass it on to people who are allowed to see this content.
